资源简介:
Disruption of the intestinal microbiome increases the risk of or causes the development of a number of infectious and non-infectious diseases. Our study aims to investigate the effect of physical activity on the intestinal microbiota of the least studied group of the population to date - children. Moreover, the longitudinal nature of the study will allow us to assess the dynamics of changes over time and their stability, taking into account the influence of concomitant factors. The formation of homogeneous groups of children of the same age and gender, but with different levels of physical activity will help us find out what frequency, mode and intensity of exercise affect the intestinal microbiota. Modulation of microbiota through physical activity opens up new prospects for the development of therapeutic and preventive strategies needed to reduce the risk of a number of diseases.
