ARCHE risk of bias decision rules 2018

ARCHE internal risk of bias decision rules, to assist in improving interrater reliability. These rules are not meant to be used in isolation and need to be tailored to individual projects. They are a supplement to the guidelines in the Cochrane Handbook. Reviewer judgement should be used to assess risk of bias.
