该数据包含广州市2016年1月至今的危险房屋基础信息，指广州市住房和城乡建设局对危险房屋信息的变动情况进行跟踪、采集、更新的活动。本信息以鉴定单位鉴定确认的危房信息（主要包括鉴定单位、房屋地址、结构、面积、鉴定等级、鉴定结论、鉴定报告统一编号、鉴定日期等）为基础，通过采取定期巡查、更新危房解危状态、督促危房解危等手段，加强对危险房屋治理情况的督查，提高危房信息的时效性和准确性。
