本仓库包含12月龄APP NL/F+/+模型小鼠以及同年龄段匹配的C57Bl6J野生型（WT，wild-type）对照小鼠的脑电图（EEG，Electroencephalogram）数据。

脑电图数据的采集时长为三天。随后每日经口给予实验动物多奈哌齐（Donepezil），给药剂量为1.5mg/kg。

数据采用开源仪器（Opensource Instruments）脑电图采集系统及LWDAQ/Neuroarchiver软件采集。数据以.ndf格式存储，可通过LWDAQ内置的Neuroarchiver工具查看，工具下载地址为：http://alignment.hep.brandeis.edu/Software/Download/

记录电极坐标：x轴：-2.25；y轴：-2.46

本仓库包含以下内容：
- 本README_APP_1yr_Cerebellum_Donepezil.txt文件

- "RecordingInfo_1yr_Cerebellum_Donepezil.csv"数据表，其中包含如下变量：
- Mouse：小鼠编号
- DOB：出生日期，格式为dd/mm/yyyy，或实验动物在交付当日的年龄
- Sex：性别
- Genotype：基因型
- Transmitter：发射器编号。英文句号后的数字代表.ndf数据文件中存储的对应数据通道编号
- surgery date：手术日期，格式为dd/mm/yyyy
- first file：首个数据文件的文件名
- last file：末个数据文件的文件名
- last recording date：末次记录日期，格式为dd/mm/yyyy
- Drug time：每日给予多奈哌齐的具体时间。若字段值为NA，则表示未给予多奈哌齐
- Drug days：给予多奈哌齐的日期
- Reference：参考电极的放置位置
- Subfolder：存储脑电图数据的"Neuroarchiver data"子文件夹内的对应子文件夹名称
- Notes：附加说明信息

- 压缩归档文件"APP_1yr_Cerebellum_Donepezil.zip"，其内包含：
- 名为"Neuroarchiver data"的文件夹，该文件夹内包含以小鼠编号命名的记录子文件夹。每个子文件夹内均存储有.ndf格式的数据文件。.ndf文件的命名格式为Mxxxxxxxxxx.ndf，其中xxxxxxxxxx代表该文件采集开始时刻对应的Unix时间戳（即1970年1月1日00:00:00以来的总秒数）。对应小鼠编号的目标数据通道编号可在RecordingInfo_APP1yr_Cerebellum_Donepezil.csv的Transmitter字段中查询。
- 名为"videos"的文件夹，其内包含以「日期（dd-mm-yyyy）_小鼠编号」命名的子文件夹。每个子文件夹内均存储有通过网络摄像头采集的.avi格式视频数据。
