资源简介:
ACL tear rates in females is significantly higher compared to their male counterpart. We utilized 11 patient samples to explore the biological and transcriptomic differences that exist in male and female ACL. Overall design: Human anterior cruciate ligament was mechanically and enzymatically digested. Live cells were sorted by FACS and then sequenced. All cells were analyzed by 10x Genomics 3' single cell RNA sequencing. Please note that the processed data files for GSM8656015 sample have been replaced with individual files for each patient on Feb 25, 2026.
