Single-cell RNA sequencing profiles mouse tumor microenviroment mediated by GDH1 depletion in tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells

By crossing Foxp3-YFP-cre mice with Glud1 fl/fl mice, we specifically knocked out the expression of GDH1 in Treg cells of the mice. Through single-cell RNA sequencing analysis of tumor tissues from tumor-bearing mice with or without GDH1 exoression in tumor Treg cells, we investigated the changes in the immune microenvironment and explored the GDH1-dependent regulation of the tumor immune microenvironment within tumor Treg cells, providing valuable insights for the development of immunotherapy strategies targeting Treg metabolism.
