Genotypes from a 273 subset of spring or semi-winter varieties from an established global wheat diversity set, the Vavilov wheat diversity panel. Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data were captured using the Illumina iSelect 90K SNP array. SNP data were filtered on minor allele frequency > 3.5% and missing data < 30%, resulting in 26519 polymorphic SNPs for downstream analysis. This data set was published as supplementary material for the article "Evaluation of the impact of heat on wheat dormancy, late maturity alpha-amylase and grain size under control environmental conditions”, in Scientific Reports 2020.\nLineage: DNA from the different genotypes was extracted at CSIRO Ag and Food (ACT) and the genotyping was performed at Agribio (Victoria).
本数据集取自已建立的全球小麦多样性集合——瓦维洛夫小麦多样性面板(Vavilov wheat diversity panel)中的273份春性或半冬性品种子集的基因型数据。单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP)数据通过Illumina iSelect 90K SNP芯片完成分型获取。随后对SNP数据进行质控筛选,保留次要等位基因频率>3.5%且缺失数据占比<30%的位点,最终得到26519个多态性SNP位点用于后续分析。该数据集作为2020年发表于《科学报告(Scientific Reports)》的论文《可控环境条件下高温对小麦休眠、晚熟α-淀粉酶及籽粒大小的影响评估》的补充材料对外发布。
样本溯源:不同基因型的DNA提取工作由澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织农业与食品部(CSIRO Ag and Food,澳大利亚首都领地)完成,基因分型实验由Agribio(维多利亚州)执行。
