在中国东北、华北、华东、华中和华南农业地区,中欧、西欧以及美国中部大平原农业带,NPP增加速率最高,与之相对,中亚、南亚、东南亚、非洲和南美洲的农作物NPP增加则较小,主要由于这些地区的经济和农业不够发达,投入不足。应用VEGAS陆地碳循环模型研究发现,在20世纪和21世纪期间,农业活动强度变化对大气二氧化碳浓度和碳源汇造成了明显的影响。
In agricultural regions of Northeast, North, East, Central, and South China, as well as agricultural zones in Central Europe, Western Europe, and the U.S. Central Great Plains, the net primary productivity (NPP) has the highest rate of increase. Conversely, the magnitude of crop NPP increase in Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America is relatively modest, mainly due to their underdeveloped economies and agricultural sectors, coupled with insufficient inputs. Research employing the VEGAS terrestrial carbon cycle model has revealed that during the 20th and 21st centuries, changes in agricultural activity intensity have exerted significant impacts on atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations and carbon sources and sinks.
