对精装修住宅业主满意度进行分析是优化装修工程行业企业管理服务的重要环节,有助于企业发现自身在工程管理中的不足之处,从而制定相应的改进措施。帮助装修工程行业企业面向业主,提高装修工程项目的综合品质,维护与业主的良好关系,提升企业形象,提高品牌价值与综合竞争力。1、数据采集于本企业在榆林地区精装修住宅业主问卷,经过清洗、脱敏,去除异常值、空值、错误值后进行分析。 2、精装修住宅业主满意度主要包括设计风格、装修质量、智慧家居、维修响应、建材品牌、空间规划、节能环保七个因子,由业主根据自身感受以1-5分进行打分。 用AHP层次分析法计算权重,设计风格,装修质量,智慧家具,维修响应,建材品牌,空间规划,节能环保总共7项对应的权重值分别是:16.370%,14.416%,12.462%,14.720%,12.723%,15.849%,13.461% 满意度得分(小数点后取2位)=16.370%*设计风格+14.416%*装修质量+12.462%*智慧家具+14.720%*维修响应+12.723%*建材品牌+15.849%*空间规划+13.461%*节能环保 得分<3分为不满意,≥3分至<4分为一般,≥4分为满意

Analyzing the satisfaction of owners of finely decorated residential properties is a critical step for optimizing management services of enterprises in the decoration engineering industry. It helps enterprises identify their shortcomings in project management, formulate targeted improvement measures, better serve homeowners, enhance the comprehensive quality of decoration projects, maintain positive relationships with owners, improve corporate image, and boost brand value and overall competitiveness. 1. The data was collected from questionnaires distributed to owners of finely decorated residential properties in the Yulin area by our company, and underwent cleaning, anonymization, and removal of outliers, null values and erroneous values before analysis. 2. The satisfaction evaluation of finely decorated residential property owners covers seven main factors: design style, decoration quality, smart home, maintenance response, building material brands, space planning, and energy conservation and environmental protection. Owners rate each factor on a 1-5 scale based on their personal experience. The weights of the seven factors, calculated via the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), are as follows: design style: 16.370%, decoration quality: 14.416%, smart home: 12.462%, maintenance response: 14.720%, building material brands: 12.723%, space planning: 15.849%, energy conservation and environmental protection: 13.461%. The satisfaction score (rounded to two decimal places) is computed as: 16.370%×Design Style + 14.416%×Decoration Quality + 12.462%×Smart Home + 14.720%×Maintenance Response + 12.723%×Building Material Brands + 15.849%×Space Planning + 13.461%×Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection. Scores are categorized as follows: unsatisfactory for scores < 3, general for scores ≥3 and <4, and satisfactory for scores ≥4.
