Amplicon sequencing data from GUIDE-seq experiments in U2OS.EGFP cells

Paired-end sequencing of 'single-tail' PCR amplicons from GUIDE-seq experiments in U2OS.EGFP cells with SpCas9 variants and the 'HEK site 4' sgRNA. Tag-specific primers that annealed to either the (P)ositive or (N)egative strand of the integrated dsODN were used to generate two 'single-tail' PCR amplicons for each sample, and both amplicons were subjected to 2 x 150 paired-end sequencing.
