Transcriptome data of acute saltine-alkaline in the kidneys of Scatophagus argus

Transcriptome analysis is a commonly used method to study the physiological responses of organisms to environmental changes, playing a crucial role in understanding various biological processes in fish. In stress experiments, it can reveal changes in gene expression, providing important insights into the physiological and molecular response mechanisms of fish under different stress conditions. In this study, we utilized transcriptome analysis to explore the key molecular mechanisms of kidney response to acute saltine-alkaline stress.
