This dataset enables the prediction of Ginkgo biloba fruit quantity, with input features including tree age (in years), tree height (in meters), crown width (in meters), and fertilization frequency, and the output being the count of Ginkgo biloba fruits. This model addresses the problem of modeling the relationship between the quantity of Ginkgo biloba fruits and the health status of Ginkgo biloba trees. The number of Ginkgo biloba fruits serves not only as an assessment indicator for agricultural production, but also as a critical metric reflecting regional agricultural production and agricultural economic conditions. It is directly associated with farmers' incomes and food production capacity, and exerts profound impacts on rural economic development, the improvement of people's living standards, and national agricultural security. Thus, predicting Ginkgo biloba fruit quantity is not only a pursuit of individual farmers' interests, but also a manifestation of national and societal emphasis on the development of agricultural production. Data on Ginkgo biloba were collected via field surveys, and traditional algorithms and multiple linear regression were adopted to predict the quantity of Ginkgo biloba fruits. The model takes the four aforementioned input variables: tree age, tree height, crown width, and fertilization frequency. The multiple linear regression algorithm analyzes the linear correlation between these input variables and the quantity of Ginkgo biloba fruits, and determines the coefficient value of each input variable. The model calculates the predicted quantity of Ginkgo biloba fruits based on the input data to generate the final prediction result. Through this process, the model can comprehensively consider multiple input variables to achieve accurate prediction of Ginkgo biloba fruit quantity.
