根据《1919-1970黄河流域水文特征值统计》白本数字化整理出黄河中游上段（河口镇至龙门）黄河干流水位站点逐年水位频率数据，收集整理1919-1970年黄河流域下游区黄河干流水文站点水文特征值统计资料，人工数字化获得。
Based on the original paper version (white copy) of *Statistics of Hydrological Characteristic Values of the Yellow River Basin (1919–1970)*, the annual water level frequency data of main stream water level stations in the upper section of the middle reaches of the Yellow River (from Hekou Town to Longmen) were compiled via digitization. In addition, statistical data on hydrological characteristic values of main stream hydrological stations in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin during 1919–1970 were collected and sorted out, which were obtained through manual digitization.
