p03 rehabilitation reanalysis: registration update packet v5 (Amendment A4, post hoc analysis plan and code)

File cited by version 5 of the OSF preregistration https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/GDVJH: Amendment A4 to protocol version 1.0 (approved 2026-10-27), which adds post hoc analyses that are not registered and not blind, together with the draft it was approved from, the SHA-256 manifest of every A4 file, the Part 1 code and the Part 2 code with its gene lists and synthetic tests. No registered rule, gate or result changes. The Part 1 output tables are not included; they will be archived with the study's result tables at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23307430.
