Natural forests

Landscape of the green network of natural forest areas, in accordance with Art. 12a(2) BayWaldG. The network covers at least 10 percent of the state forest area and consists of near-natural forests of particular importance for biodiversity. Apart from the necessary measures of forest protection and traffic safety, there is no management and no harvesting of wood in natural forests. The detailed rules can be read in the announcement on the natural forests in Bavaria in accordance with Article 12a(2) of the Bavarian Forest Act (BayWaldG) of 2.12.2020, AZ F1-7715-1/800, as last amended on 04.11.22.符合《巴伐利亚森林法》（BayWaldG）第12a条第2款规定的天然林区绿色网络景观。该网络至少覆盖该州10%的林区范围，由对生物多样性具有特殊重要意义的近天然林组成。除必要的森林保护与交通安全措施外，该天然林区内不进行任何经营活动，也不开展木材采伐。相关详细规则可查阅2020年12月2日发布、最后一次修订于2022年11月4日的《巴伐利亚森林法》（BayWaldG）第12a条第2款对应的巴伐利亚天然林区公告，文件编号为AZ F1-7715-1/800。
