We report here the complete genome sequence of Halomonas sulfidaeris ATCC BAA-803, isolated from metal sulfide rock at 2,200m depth. The assembled genome is comprised of one circular chromosome with 4.20 Mb and one large plasmid of 273 Kb. The chromosome consists of 6,705 protein-coding genes, 61 tRNAs and 18 rRNAs, and the plasmid contained 144 genes.
