# COVID-19Plots and analysis relating to the coronavirus pandemic. # 新冠疫情（COVID-19）相关绘图与分析数据集，包含五组可视化图表及生成这些图表的配套R代码。
1) 热力图：每数日更新一次，涵盖英格兰、威尔士、苏格兰、爱尔兰及德国地方当局（或等效行政单位）的新冠确诊病例与死亡病例发展轨迹热力图。
2) 全因死亡率：更新频率为每周固定时段（英格兰与威尔士为周二、苏格兰为周三、北爱尔兰为周五），针对2020年周度全因死亡数据，按国家、年龄、性别及地区分组，与过往年份开展对比分析并生成可视化图表；同时包含基于mortality.org公开数据的多国际对比分析。
3) 暴露风险分析：已停止更新——基于英格兰人口年龄性别结构与健康不佳水平，绘制地方小区域（Lower Layer Super Output Areas, LSOAs）的新冠潜在死亡暴露风险映射。本项目附带一款Shiny应用（Shiny App），可在线生成分辨率稍低的同款图表，相关地址为：https://victimofmaths.shinyapps.io/covidmapper/；项目源码托管于GitHub：https://github.com/VictimOfMaths/COVIDmapper，并已上传至本数据集记录。

5) 社会经济不平等分析：已停止更新（除非英国国家统计局（Office for National Statistics, ONS）发布更多数据）——基于英国国家统计局公开数据，按剥夺十分位分组，对比2020年及过往年份的新冠与其他原因死亡率的分析。
