This study was done on 16 elite para-sled hockey athletes. We changed the length of sled hockey sticks used to complete metabolic, top speed and acceleration, and agility trials. The stick lengths included a recommended length that was based on seated (in sled) C7 vertebrae height. The short and long conditions were +/- 2 inches from the recommended length.
