参照国际DNA 条形码数据库的建设标准,结合参与单位承担的DNA 条形码建设与研究的实际经验,编制我国生物DNA 条形码数据库的标准规范。在该标准规范指导下,构建DNA 条码数据库结构和模型,以科学的结构化形式整理和保存DNA条码数据。以中国重要生物类群为对象,重点针对高等植物、鸟类、鱼类等重要类群的DNA 条码数据进行汇总、检测、筛选、整理、转换、整合,从而对标准规范进行验证,不仅形成结构化、可用于科学研究和工业生产的基础数据库,而且形成一套规范可行的工作流程,从而指导我国大规模的DNA条码建设计划。通过信息共享平台,向公众发布数据库,以供科研和社会需要。
Based on the construction standards of international DNA barcode databases and combined with the practical experience of DNA barcode construction and research undertaken by participating institutions, standard specifications for China's biological DNA barcode database have been developed. Under the guidance of these specifications, the structure and model of the DNA barcode database have been constructed, and DNA barcode data have been organized and stored in a scientific structured format. Targeting important biological groups in China, DNA barcode data from key taxa including higher plants, birds and fish have been collected, detected, screened, organized, converted and integrated, so as to validate the standard specifications. This work not only establishes a structured basic database applicable to scientific research and industrial production, but also develops a set of standardized and feasible workflows to guide China's large-scale DNA barcode construction initiatives. The database will be released to the public via an information sharing platform to meet the demands of scientific research and societal needs.
