ESCC patients tumour tissues and their paraneoplastic tissue specimens of three newly developed ESCC among permanent residents in Wuwei City, Gansu Province, were selected for gene microarray high-throughput miRNA detection (Illumina Array 1*90K microRNA microarray high-throughput detection).

本研究选取甘肃省武威市常住居民中3例新发食管鳞状细胞癌（Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma, ESCC）患者的肿瘤组织及其癌旁组织标本，采用Illumina Array 1*90K微小RNA（microRNA）芯片开展高通量miRNA检测。
