Integrative systematics and conservation of an endangered ground beetle Carabus nankotaizanus (Coleoptera: Carabidae) in Taiwan

The compressed file contains nine folders. <br> 01_ morphological measurements folder: The measurements of 12 morphological traits, including the length of the head (H), thorax (T) and elytra (E), the width of the head (HW) and elytra (EW), the widest (TW1) and narrowest (TW2) points of the thorax, head ratio (H/HW), thorax ratio (T/TW1), shrinkage of thorax (TW1-TW2/TW1), elytra ratio (E/EW), elytra marginal color proportion (EMCP, length of elytra marginal color, EMC, divided by E) and aedeagus length (AL). <br> 02_geometric folder: Six tps files for each body partition and genders ready for geometric morphometrics analyses. A group list for each tps files indicated specimen number. <br> 03_Coloration folder: The original reflectance spectrum of each individual was used for coloration analysis. <br> 04_seq_aligments folder: It contains the sequence alignment files for the four loci used in the study in fasta format. <br> 05_Phylogenetic_analyses folder: It contains the phased sequences alignment files, ML command, ML partition, BI command and the ratchet file for pauprat used in the study. <br> 06_Calibration folder: A ready to run xml file for BEAST 2 analysis to estimate divergence time of C. nankotaizanus. <br> 07_ Seasonality folder: An excel file contains four sheets: original records of seasonality from 1. Tingshan and Wujie, 2. Mingchi and 3. Mt. Taiping and 4. The activity temperature from weather station. <br> 08_ENM folder: The occurrence records of the mountain and lowland populations after thinning. <br> 09_iBPP_inputs The four required files for running iBPP analyses: sequence file, trait file,Imap file, and control file. <br>
