UnitMatch Demo - data

This dataset contains electrophysiological data recorded in five mice chronically implanted with a Neuropixels probe. For each mouse it contains two recordings on consecutive days. We provide the data that is necessary to run UnitMatch and validate the results (https://github.com/EnnyvanBeest/UnitMatch/tree/v1.0.0_UnitMatch), as described in “Tracking neurons across days with high-density probes” (DOI: 10.1101/2023.10.12.562040).<br>These are the mice corresponding to ID 1-5 from Table S1 in the manuscript.

本数据集包含5只慢性植入神经像素探针（Neuropixels probe）的小鼠的电生理记录数据。每只小鼠对应连续两日的两次记录。我们提供了运行UnitMatch并验证其结果所需的数据，对应文献《基于高密度探针的跨天数神经元追踪》（原标题：Tracking neurons across days with high-density probes，DOI: 10.1101/2023.10.12.562040）中所述内容，相关代码仓库详见https://github.com/EnnyvanBeest/UnitMatch/tree/v1.0.0_UnitMatch。本数据集涉及的小鼠对应于论文补充表S1中的ID 1至5。
