This dataset consists of RNA-sequencing of isolated mouse intestinal epithelial cells. Intestinal epithelial cells were isolated from C57BL/6 wild-type mice in our SPF facility at 4 weeks and 8 weeks of age. The goal of this study was to understand the patterns of gene expression in these cells under homeostatic conditions.
本数据集包含分离获得的小鼠肠上皮细胞的RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）数据。实验于本单位的无特定病原体（Specific Pathogen Free）设施内开展，从4周龄及8周龄的C57BL/6野生型小鼠体内分离得到上述肠上皮细胞。本研究旨在解析这些细胞在稳态条件下的基因表达模式。
