mRNA Sequencing data of human Head and Neck cancer cell lines (FADU, SNU1041, SNU1076, SCC25) and human fibroblast (hFb) cell after Non - thermal plasma treatment

This study aimed to investigate the transcriptomic differences between control and NTP treated head and neck cancer cells using RNA-seq analysis. RNA‑seq profiling was performed on human head and neck cancer cell lines (FaDu, SNU‑1041, SNU‑1076, SCC25) and human fibroblasts (HFB) under control conditions and following exposure to non‑thermal plasma–activated medium (NTPAM; 120 seconds per milliliter). Total RNA was collected at 24 hours post‑treatment and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 2500 (100 bp paired‑end). Differential expression analyses assessed NTPAM‑induced transcriptional changes.
