XPlanung dataset BPL “Wanne II”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Wanne II” of the city boards from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Bplan tub II, marking boards.开发计划（BPL）包含城市规划秩序项下具有法律约束力的各项规制内容。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为采用XPlanung 5.0工具生成的市规划部门版"Wanne II"开发计划。说明：Wanne Ⅱ 建筑规划（Bplan），配套标注展板。
