Lmna mutations can result in lipodystrophic syndromes including fat atrophy (lipoatrophy) and metabolic alterations resulting from insulin resistance (glucose tolerance abnormalities, dyslipidemia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease). Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of female mouse liver with Lmna-KO genotype treated with vehicle (6 replicates), Lmna-KO genotype treated with rescue (8 replicates), Lmna-WT genotype treated with vehicle (7 replicates), Lmna-WT genotype treated with rescue (3 replicates)
