Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks - Code

Four files are included here. One is a combined R script to run all of the network and cluster analyses performed in McGarvey &amp; Veech: <i>Modular structure in fish co-occurrence networks</i>. <br><br>The other three files are Microsoft Excel files with embedded Visual Basic for Applications functions to run the Congruence analyses.

本数据集共包含四个文件。其一为整合型R脚本（R script），可复现McGarvey与Veech在其论文《鱼类共现网络的模块化结构》中开展的全部网络与聚类分析。

其余三个文件为嵌入了VBA（Visual Basic for Applications）函数的微软Excel（Microsoft Excel）文件，用于执行一致性分析（Congruence analyses）。
