INSPIRE view service for harmonized spatial dataset “The State Environmental Monitoring - The air quality monitoring - The concentrations of pollutants” (WMS)

INSPIRE view service for harmonized spatial dataset "The State Environmental Monitoring - The air quality monitoring - The concentrations of pollutants" (WMS). The data comes from the CIEP resources reported to European Commission (KE) in terms of air quality monitoring, which are collected in European Environment Agency Central Data Repository (CDR EEA). The view service meets the INSPIRE specification requirements (INSPIRE View Service). The service uses the WMS OGC interface version 1.3.0.面向统一空间数据集《国家环境监测——空气质量监测——污染物浓度》的INSPIRE视图服务（WMS）。该数据源自针对空气质量监测上报至欧盟委员会（KE）的CIEP资源，此类资源存储于欧洲环境署中央数据仓库（CDR EEA）中。该视图服务符合INSPIRE视图服务（INSPIRE View Service）规范要求。该服务采用WMS OGC接口1.3.0版本。
