Primers used in RT-PCR and PCR conditions. PCR was performed with the following thermal conditions 60 s at 95 °C, 50 s at 94 °C, 30 s at 62 °C, 3 cycles /°C declining over a range at 1 °C intervals of 30 s, 72 s at 60 °C, 50 s at 95 °C, 30 s at 60 °C, 6 cycles /°C declining over a range at 0.5 °C intervals of 30 s, 50 s at 95 °C, 30 s at 56 °C, 30 cycles of 30 s and 60 s at 72 °C. 本数据集收录了逆转录聚合酶链式反应（RT-PCR）与聚合酶链式反应（PCR）所用引物及PCR反应热循环程序。PCR反应采用如下热循环流程：95℃保温60秒，94℃变性50秒，62℃退火30秒，随后以1℃为梯度步长逐步降低退火温度，每个温度点保温30秒，共完成3个循环；60℃延伸72秒，95℃变性50秒，60℃退火30秒，随后以0.5℃为梯度步长逐步降低退火温度，每个温度点保温30秒，共完成6个循环；95℃变性50秒，56℃退火30秒，最后进行30个循环，每个循环包含72℃下延伸30秒与60秒。本研究未对相对表达量进行定量分析。（XLSX 49 KB）
