企业不动产登记信息模型

广西壮族自治区自然资源厅以“企业不动产登记数据”作为公共数据授权运营试点场景，授权数据运营方基于“原始数据不出域，数据可用不可见”的基本原则，对企业不动产登记数据进行脱敏、加密等加工，形成“企业不动产评估”、“企业不动产抵押情况”等企业不动产信用情况分析数据接口。需求方在获得查询主体身份证明材料及合规授权的情况下，有偿使用企业不动产信用情况分析数据接口，辅助贷款决策。

The Department of Natural Resources of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has adopted "enterprise real estate registration data" as the pilot scenario for authorized operation of public data. Authorized data operators shall process the enterprise real estate registration data through desensitization, encryption and other processing measures in accordance with the core principles of "original data must not leave its local domain, and data is accessible but not directly visible", and develop data interfaces for analyzing the credit status of enterprises related to real estate, including "Enterprise Real Estate Evaluation" and "Enterprise Real Estate Mortgage Status". Requesters may use these enterprise real estate credit status analysis data interfaces on a paid basis after submitting the identity proof materials of the query subject and obtaining compliant authorization, so as to assist in loan decision-making.
