Supplementary Data CM LM Microbial Carbon Sequestration Study

This supplementary dataset contains the raw and derived monthly data (2016–2025) used in the study on the impact of legume–maize rotation on rhizosphere microbial-mediated organic carbon transformation and carbon sequestration in cold-region black soil. The file includes climate variables, soil organic carbon fractions, and enzyme activities under continuous maize (CM) and legume–maize (LM) systems, supporting the results and analyses presented in the manuscript.
