DiMB-RE (Diet-Microbiome Relation Extraction) corpus is a resource for mining diet-microbiome associations from scientific literature. The dataset includes information on interactions between diet and microbiome, annotated with entity types, relation types, and factuality levels. The dataset is provided in two views: sentence-level and document-level, and includes train, validation, and test splits. The dataset is in JSON format and contains 15 entity types and 13 relation types.
