Predictive Modeling and Risk Scoring for Bank Customer Churn Using Machine Learning and Interactive Analytics Dashboard

This paper presents a machine learning-based customer churn prediction and risk scoring system for banking applications. The proposed system uses the Random Forest algorithm and an interactive Streamlit dashboard to predict customer churn probability and provide risk assessment.
