Interim Environment Regulation, Restrictions Livestock farming

The Interim Environment Regulation designates areas with the designation ‘Restriction of livestock farming’. The boundaries of these areas are linked to the boundaries of the extensification area established under the Reconstruction Act. In the designated areas, (extensive) restrictions apply to all livestock farms. The purpose of the designation is to prevent further intensification due to developments in livestock farming in the designated areas. An exception shall be made within the area for land-based livestock holdings; the conditions laid down are the same for all livestock farms.《临时环境法规》（Interim Environment Regulation）划定了标注为“畜禽养殖限制区”的区域。此类区域的边界与《重建法案》（Reconstruction Act）所设立的外延拓展区（extensification area）边界保持一致。在上述指定区域内，所有畜禽养殖场均需接受（粗放式）限制措施。设立该类区域的目的在于防止指定区域内畜禽养殖业的发展引发进一步的集约化扩张。本区域内的陆上畜禽养殖经营主体可享有例外情形，且所有畜禽养殖场均需遵循相同的既定规定条件。
