Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Linear requirements for urban planning documents applicable in Haute-Savoie

The requirements of an urban planning document are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code. A prescription is in the form of surface, linear or point information which appears on the graphic documents of the PLU or the POS. A prescription which superimposes on an area of the planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the regulation of the area.

城市规划文件的相关要求由《城市规划法典》（Urban Planning Code）第R123-11条予以明确规定。此类规划管控要求以地表、线状或点状信息的形式，载于地方城市规划（PLU）与土地利用规划（POS）的图示文件之中。若某一规划管控要求叠加覆盖规划文件中的某一区域，则通常会对该区域的管控规则增设额外约束条件。
