Pol III transcribed genes, RNA-Seq, female mouse, duodenum

RNA-Seq of small (Pol III-transcribed) RNAs in duodenum of female mice, Pol III heterozygous mutant versus wild-type RNAs isolated, size selected and demethylated before samples sent to Glasgow Polyomics. RNAseq本数据集针对雌性小鼠十二指肠内的小型（由RNA聚合酶III（Pol III）转录）RNA开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析。实验所用RNA分别分离自RNA聚合酶III杂合突变型与野生型（wild-type）小鼠，所有样本在寄送至Glasgow Polyomics前，均经过了大小筛选与去甲基化处理。
