资源简介:
This dataset contains raw and processed data from a study on seed-rodent interactions in a subtropical forest (Dujiangyan, Sichuan, China, 2018–2019). It includes: (1) Seed fate data (harvesting, scatter-hoarding, consumption, pilferage) tracked via double-duplex PIT tagging and IR cameras; (2) Rodent tagging records (body mass, PIT tag IDs) of two species (Apodemus draco, Niviventer confucianus); (3) R code for supporting the results. These data support analyses of how size traits shape seed-rodent interactions, enabling mechanistic insights into trait-mediated ecological processes.
