Transcriptomic analysis of Wild-type and Mfsd7c-/-knockout brain embryos

Mfsd7c is expressed in CNS blood vessels. Deletion of Mfsd7c results in embryonic lethality with signs of hypoxia. We performed transcriptomic analysis of genes in brains of E14.5 wild-type (WT) and Mfsd7c-knockout (KO) embryos. The total mRNA from whole brain of E14.5 WT and KO embryos was isolated for RNA sequencing using Novaseq6000 (the newest IIIumina platform).
