Integrated Analysis of a Six Genes Prognostic Signature with Its Competitive Endogenous RNA Network and Candidate Drugs in Meningioma

Meningioma is restricted into benign, atypical, and anaplastic, and fifteen histological subtypes have been identified. Malignant meningiomas are associated with the aggressive feature, early recurrence and progression. Despite great efforts invested in the study of meningioma, the prognosis and treatment remained unfavorable because of the high recurrence rate and unknown pathogenesis. Therefore, further investigation into the molecular mechanisms of meningioma are desired for provide possible therapeutic strategies.
