n‑Channel Transistor Properties of Fluoroalkyl and Trithione Form Birhodanines

Birhodanines show n-channel transistor properties, but differently from the tetrathione analogues, the transistor properties considerably change in air. Here, the fluoroalkyl and trithione analogues are investigated. These materials have different crystal structures from the parent materials, and the ambient stability of the transistors increases depending on the reduction potentials.
