Analysis of cell proliferation in a mouse-human carcinoma xenograft

This collection contains images of tumour xenograft tissue from mice treated with increasing concentrations of antibody.
Balb/C nude mice were injected with a suspension of Carcinoma cells. Mice were then treated with therapeutic antibody and the amount of cell proliferation in the tumours was analysed by Wide Field Microscopy.

本数据集收录经梯度浓度抗体处理的小鼠肿瘤异种移植组织（tumour xenograft tissue）图像。实验中，研究人员将癌细胞（Carcinoma cells）悬液注射至Balb/C裸小鼠（Balb/C nude mice）体内，随后对小鼠施以治疗性抗体（therapeutic antibody）处理，并通过宽场显微镜（Wide Field Microscopy）分析肿瘤内的细胞增殖（cell proliferation）情况。
