Raw data and reproducible code for "Urban hunting and the animal economy at Tlajinga, Teotihuacan"

This repository contains the raw faunal data for material excavated in 2013-2014 of 17:S3E1 (Compound 17) and 18:S3E1 (Compound 18) by the Proyecto Arqueológico Tlajinga Teotihuacan (PATT). Also included in this repository is all code and tables necessary to reproduce figures for the manuscript "Urban hunting and the animal economy at Tlajinga, Teotihuacan". Description of Files--------------------------- Tlajinga_fauna.csv - Raw data from faunal analysis of material from Tlajinga, Teotihuacan. - ST3_MAU.csv - Version of supplemental Table 3 used in producing Figure 6- ST4_Teo_Sum.csv - Summary of taxonomic groups at Teotihuacan residential contexts used in producing Figure 4 and Table 2. Data from Teotihuacan are summarised from Sugiyama et al. (2017): Electronic Supplementary Material 1- Codlin_Code.rmd - R code for reproducing tables and figures in the manuscript associated with this repository.- 343_averaged.msd - MALDI spectrum for ZooMS sample MC343, created by averaging two replicates from Codlin et al. (2022) and Codlin and Richter (2022).
