Eosinophilic Esophagitis E-04_3

Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is an inflammatory disease diagnosed by ≥15 intraepithelial eosinophils (Eos) in an esophageal biopsy high-power field. This is a Whole Slide Image (WSI) containing eosinophils that we use to train an AI model to automatically detect and count these cellular structures in a given image to reduce the data annotation burden on clinicians and pathologists.

嗜酸性食管炎（Eosinophilic esophagitis, EoE）是一类炎症性疾病，其诊断标准为食管活检标本的高倍视野中，上皮内嗜酸性粒细胞（intraepithelial eosinophils, Eos）数量≥15个。本数据集包含携带有嗜酸性粒细胞的全玻片图像（Whole Slide Image, WSI），我们将利用该数据集训练人工智能模型，使其可在给定图像中自动检测并计数此类细胞结构，以此减轻临床医师与病理学家的数据标注负担。
