Raw RNA sequence reads of blast infected Eleusine coracana. Eleusine coracana

The study involved RNA sequencing of of four finger millet accessions infected with blast disease. Two of the accessions were resistant and two were susceptible to the disease. By doing a comparative transcriptome analysis, the study aimed to develop understanding of finger millet response to blast infection, as well as avail data for further genomic studies on the crop.
