Transcription profiling by array of limb buds from Gli3 mutant mouse embryos

The transcriptome of the anterior handplates of mouse limb buds of Gli3 constitutive and Hoxa13-Cre Gli3 conditional mutant embryos was compared to the transcriptome of limb buds of wild type and Gli3 heterozygote embryos at embryonic day E11.75. All samples carried one copy of the Hoxa13-Cre allele.本研究将Gli3组成型突变及Hoxa13-Cre介导的Gli3条件性突变胚胎的小鼠肢芽前肢板转录组（transcriptome），与胚胎发育第E11.75天的野生型（wild type）及Gli3杂合子（heterozygote）胚胎肢芽的转录组进行对比。所有样本均携带一份Hoxa13-Cre等位基因（Hoxa13-Cre allele）。
