根据第三季度游客年龄结构所占份额,可以反映季度内以及全年旅游趋势和各年龄层对旅游的兴趣程度,反映出当下旅游的主要人群,帮助各大景区更加精准地细分市场,针对不同年龄段的游客需求开发或优化旅游产品;为各大景区制定更加有效的营销策略提供数据支持,比如,年轻游客较少,为了吸引年轻游客,可以利用社交媒体、短视频平台等新媒体渠道进行宣传推广。因为不同季度景区景观不同,温度不同,且受节假日影响不同,故进行分季度研究。(例如,第四季度受国庆假期影响,人流量会增大;第三季度节假日少,整体吸引力依靠景区及经营策略本身;寒暑假会增加青少年群体的客流量)1、数据采集:数据来源于南浔古镇实景三维-一网统管平台,根据第三季度南浔区游客年龄结构分析数据实际情况实时记录,我公司已获得统管平台所有权人“浙江南浔古镇旅游发展有限公司”数据使用授权许可。通过移动基站、景区检票等来收集第三季度进入景区的游客年龄信息;2、数据处理:通过及机器检测及人工识别,收集游客年龄信息(根据身份证等证明文件),对收集到的数据进行清洗、去重、填补缺失值处理,确保每个游客只被计算一次,将数据录入统管平台,平台直接生成周期内不同年龄层的汇总数据(例如:1名游客经过监测机器,识别出生年月日,系统计算得出年龄为“18”,则“18岁-35岁”年龄层记游客1,从开始时间到结束时间(为统计周期)累计记录,得出该周期内该年龄层游客总人数,进行数据记录);3、根据经验,对游客进行年龄段的分类,并计算各年龄段游客人数占比,季度某年龄段游客占比=季度某年龄段游客总人数/季度游客总人数*100%,输出游客人数最高年龄段以及游客人数最低年龄段 4、将数据信息多维度复用,研究旅游主力年龄层及人群特征,更好的迎合旅游市场的变化,提高各景区服务的针对性,提高旅游服务的针对性,提升用户体验感和回访率。

For example, if there are relatively few young tourists, new media channels such as social media and short-video platforms can be used for promotion to attract this group. Since scenic landscapes, temperatures and the impact of holidays vary across quarters, quarterly research is conducted. For instance, the fourth quarter sees an increase in visitor flow due to the National Day holiday; the third quarter has fewer holidays, so its overall appeal relies on the scenic spots themselves and their operational strategies; summer and winter vacations will boost the passenger flow of adolescent groups. 1. Data Collection: The data is sourced from the Real-scene 3D Unified Management Platform of Nanxun Ancient Town. It is recorded in real time based on the actual situation of the age structure analysis data of tourists in Nanxun District in the third quarter. Our company has obtained the data usage authorization from the owner of the unified management platform, Zhejiang Nanxun Ancient Town Tourism Development Co., Ltd.. The age information of tourists entering the scenic spot in the third quarter is collected through mobile base stations, scenic spot ticket checks, and other means. 2. Data Processing: Tourist age information is collected via machine detection and manual recognition based on ID cards and other supporting documents. The collected data is subjected to cleaning, deduplication, and missing value imputation to ensure that each tourist is counted only once. The data is then entered into the unified management platform, which directly generates aggregated data for different age groups within the statistical cycle. For example: when a tourist passes through the monitoring machine, their date of birth is recognized, and the system calculates their age as 18, so this tourist is counted into the 18-35 years old age group. Cumulative records are made from the start time to the end time, which is the statistical cycle, to obtain the total number of tourists in this age group during the cycle, and the data is recorded. 3. Based on industry experience, tourists are classified into age groups, and the proportion of tourists in each age group is calculated. The formula for the proportion of tourists in a certain age group in a quarter is: (total number of tourists in the target age group in the quarter / total number of tourists in the quarter) * 100%. The age group with the highest number of tourists and the age group with the lowest number of tourists are output as results. 4. Multi-dimensionally reuse the data information to study the core tourist age groups and their demographic characteristics, better adapt to changes in the tourism market, improve the targeting of scenic spot services, enhance the pertinence of tourism services, and improve user experience and revisit rate.
