Data and materials for: A source-verifiability workflow for reporting-guideline item sets

This dataset contains the Protocol-v5 post-verbatim-audit package for a methods/meta-research study of source-verifiability in reporting-guideline item-set sources. The package includes the locked route-stratified source frame, independent Stage A source-retrieval returns, locked canonical source packets, independent Stage B strict locator coding returns, Yuning Gong source-reopening adjudication workbook, dual-reviewer verbatim-excerpt audit workbooks from Jinze Li and Ziqi Wang, post-audit component dataset, endpoint summaries, display tables, manuscript files, and clean reproducibility scripts. The post-screen/audit retained endpoint was 17/60 complete objects and 156/360 component rows. The previous source-reopened provisional endpoint of 57/60 objects and 350/360 rows was superseded after verbatim-excerpt audit. All 194 flagged rows were downgraded by both reviewers.
