Municipal management departments can monitor the sanitary compliance of public restrooms within their jurisdictions, property management companies can optimize cleaning and ventilation scheduling (e.g., assigning tasks based on early warnings), and residents can access real-time environmental quality data of public restrooms via mobile apps or display screens. 1. Data Collection: Screen partial smart public restroom monitoring data from Beiyuan Street in April 2025 from the platform, which includes indicators such as restroom temperature, humidity, ammonia gas, etc. 2. Data Cleaning: Remove extreme values and null values. 3. Data Processing: Use the IF function to compare the data of each indicator with their respective early warning thresholds to calculate the score for each indicator: - 0.75 points are awarded when the temperature value (℃) ≤ the temperature early warning threshold (℃), and no points are awarded otherwise; - 0.75 points are awarded when the humidity value (%RH) ≤ the humidity early warning threshold (%RH), and no points are awarded otherwise; - 2.5 points are awarded when the ammonia concentration (mg/m³) ≤ the ammonia early warning threshold (mg/m³), and no points are awarded otherwise; - 1 point is awarded when the PM2.5 concentration (μg/m³) ≤ the PM2.5 early warning threshold (μg/m³), and no points are awarded otherwise; - 1.5 points are awarded when the VOC concentration (mg/m³) ≤ the VOC early warning threshold (mg/m³), and no points are awarded otherwise; - 2 points are awarded when the CO2 concentration (PPM) ≤ the CO2 early warning threshold (PPM), and no points are awarded otherwise; - 1.5 points are awarded when the hydrogen sulfide concentration (mg/m³) ≤ the hydrogen sulfide early warning threshold (mg/m³), and no points are awarded otherwise. 4. Data Grading: Sum the scores of all indicators to obtain the comprehensive quality score. The comprehensive evaluation is "Excellent" when the comprehensive quality score > 8, "Poor" when the comprehensive quality score < 6, and "Fair" for all other cases.
