Geological 3D Model of the Saxon-Czech Border Region (ResiBil Project)

The geological model presents the geological structures and rock layers of the research area of the project ResiBil in a 3 dimensional space. The geological model of ResiBil is a basic model that depicts the encountered rock layers of the cadomic basement (Granitoide) up to the palaeogen (volcanite). The maximum model depth is 600 m below NN. Furthermore, the model integrates geological disturbances and was created as GOCAD model in version 2015.5.
