本发明涉及一种人造板用的纤维改性大豆 蛋白基胶黏剂及其制备方法。所述大豆蛋白基胶 黏剂由包括大豆蛋白基料、天然纤维、纤维表面 改性剂、尿素、碱、交联剂、水的原料制得;所述纤 维表面改性剂为碱木素和/或单宁酸;所述纤维 表面改性剂与大豆蛋白基料、天然纤维的质量比 为:(0.1~0.5):(15~60):(1~4)。本发明通过 选择添加特定的改性剂,使得天然纤维的反应活 性增强,进而充分发挥其对大豆蛋白基料的改性 作用,同时提高其在制备体系中的分散性,进一 步提高其改进能力;最终所得胶黏剂的胶接强度 更高,耐水性更好,且无甲醛释放。所述大豆蛋白 基胶黏剂的固体含量为25~45%wt,黏度为200 ~2000mPa·s,胶合强度高达1.54MPa,活性期为15~30天。

This invention relates to a fiber-modified soy protein-based adhesive for wood-based panels and a preparation method thereof. The soy protein-based adhesive is prepared from raw materials including soy protein base, natural fibers, fiber surface modifiers, urea, alkali, crosslinking agents, and water. The fiber surface modifiers are alkali lignin and/or tannic acid, and the mass ratio of fiber surface modifiers to soy protein base and natural fibers is (0.1–0.5):(15–60):(1–4). This invention enhances the reactivity of natural fibers by selectively adding specific modifiers, thereby fully exerting their modification effect on the soy protein base, while improving their dispersibility in the preparation system and further enhancing their modification performance. The finally prepared adhesive has higher bonding strength, better water resistance, and is free of formaldehyde emission. The solid content of the soy protein-based adhesive is 25–45 wt%, the viscosity is 200–2000 mPa·s, the bonding strength reaches up to 1.54 MPa, and the pot life is 15–30 days.
